1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the gamesphp online casino platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services made available through the website at gamesphp.vip and any associated mobile-optimized interfaces (collectively, the "Platform").

2 Eligibility

3 Account Registration

To access real-money games and services on gamesphp, you must create a registered account. The following conditions apply to account registration:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one gamesphp account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balance.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on gamesphp are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The following terms apply to deposits and withdrawals:

5.2 Deposit Conditions

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as your verified gamesphp account.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. Unverified accounts may not withdraw funds.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the cashier section of your account.
• gamesphp aims to process GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within 15 minutes of approval during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days depending on the receiving bank.
• gamesphp reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing any withdrawal, which may extend processing times.
• Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

gamesphp offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is specified in the terms of each promotion.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. gamesphp reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless otherwise stated, only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time. Opting into a new bonus while another is active may result in the forfeiture of the existing bonus.

• Abuse: gamesphp reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to suspend or close accounts, where it reasonably suspects that a player is abusing the bonus system, including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or any other form of manipulation.

7 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the gamesphp Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules.

• RNG Certification: All random number generator (RNG) based games on gamesphp are independently audited and certified for fairness and randomness by accredited third-party testing laboratories. Certification details are available upon request.
• Live Dealer Games: Live dealer games are streamed in real time from professional studio environments. The outcome of live dealer games is determined by physical game elements (cards, roulette wheels, dice) and is not subject to RNG manipulation.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the gamesphp Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, including in live dealer poker or other multiplayer games.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities. Any player who discovers a bug must report it to gamesphp support immediately and must not exploit it for personal gain.

• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person during registration or KYC verification.
• Attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute any legitimate transaction made through your gamesphp account.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.

9 Responsible Gaming

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to:

Any unauthorized use of gamesphp intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by gamesphp.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, gamesphp, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits resulting from technical malfunctions, disconnections, or errors beyond gamesphp's reasonable control.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Interruptions to Platform availability due to scheduled maintenance, emergency maintenance, or force majeure events.
• Decisions made by regulatory authorities that affect the availability of the Platform or specific games in your jurisdiction.

gamesphp's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your gamesphp account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude gamesphp's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

12 Privacy & Data Protection

gamesphp collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

gamesphp complies with the Republic Act No. 10173, also known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines, and all implementing rules and regulations issued by the National Privacy Commission (NPC). Your personal data will not be sold to third parties. It may be shared with regulatory authorities, payment processors, and identity verification providers as necessary to operate the Platform and comply with legal obligations.

13 Account Suspension & Termination

gamesphp reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other financial crime.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated by the player against legitimate transactions.
• Discovery that the player is under 21 years of age.
• Discovery that the player is subject to a self-exclusion order or is accessing the Platform from a prohibited jurisdiction.
• Any conduct that gamesphp reasonably determines to be harmful to the integrity of the Platform or other players.

Upon account closure, gamesphp will return any verified, non-bonus balance to the player via the original payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and the deduction of any amounts owed to gamesphp. Bonus balances and winnings derived from bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited.

Players may also voluntarily close their gamesphp account at any time by contacting support via live chat or email.

14 Amendments to These Terms

gamesphp reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, gamesphp will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect, where reasonably practicable.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the gamesphp Platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through good-faith negotiation. Disputes that cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

For disputes relating to the fairness of game outcomes or the application of PAGCOR regulations, players may also escalate their complaint to PAGCOR through its official complaint channels.
